Is this medicine ok to give to my nephew?

Got the shivers in some places, like at the part where she says - Mum was murdered by your father, you silly cow, don’t blame her for anything. That part was good. But maybe you should rewrite the part where you say "by your father". It doesn't flow very well with the sentence. I was out and about 4 daks after birth but I don't know if I would feel up to going to school a week after I had my baby. You bleed soooooooo much after you have you baby as well and it sucks....... also your doctor will tell you that walking will make you bleed more and you need to take it easy. I'm a strong girl and after having my baby (October 21, 2010) it took me almost 2 weeks to start feeling much better... now it's almost been a month and I feel great but I still get a little tired. If I had to take those cles, I could, but it would really suck. How ever you feel, go with that.

What exactly is a lucid dream?

I actually was also intrigued the first time i heard about lucid dreaming. I began experimenting and researching it as well. With me, I did eventually get to the point where i could somewhat control my dreams. With me, I didn't have much of a sense of fear in my dreams at all. There's always alot of just confusion at first, then at random points you'll be like "oh crap, i'm dreaming!! I know i'm dreaming!!" for me, at first when this would happen i'd almost imediately wake up everytime upon realizing this. Eventually certain tips like spinning in circles when u "feel" like ur waking will keep u in the dream. It's a really nice experience. Flying is really cool and funny feeling but nice. THe only thing i experience that was a pretty negative thing was i started to get episodes of sleep paralysis where i'd wake up during a dream and i'd be lying and bed and couldn't move. But your eyes open and you can see everything in the room you fell asleep in. Often during these episodes you feel hugely strong vibrations and feelings of terror. You hear loud , scary noises see bright lights, feel extreme vibrations, and You often hallucinate and see things like ghostly figures or nightmare type monsters just because your in such a state of shock of not being able to move and the mechanism in ur brain thats connected to dreaming hasn't shut off yet which is to cause for the temporary paralysis. Your brain shuts off ur ability to move during certain states of dreaming in order to stop you from acting out ur dreams. SO with this in play and u being fully aware of ur surroundings, its mostly a frieghtening experience.

Isn't it unfair I am being sued for "Violating the Civil Rights" of a blonde/deaf/mute kid?

My point is that maybe we should teach these kids how to socialize I mean if they are going to play that "oh feel sorry for me i am blonde/deaf/mute oh whoa is me" card they need to be upfront with people. How could I have known all that about him from that one 30-second conversation i mean he barely said a word, and I am not a freaking mind reader - I am telepathetic but not a mind reader those are two mutually-exclusive frames of mind. How dare they? His mom of course wants to settle out of court if I "apologize" but why should i swallow my pride and let this scam go unpunished? Apologize and give him his money back - it's ALWAYS about the money - am I right? It will just happen to someone else and that would be my fault for not standing up for what is right, so I told her straight up - "Lady if you want me to apologize you're gonna have to give me what I want and yank a knotted rag out of my a few dozen times". How much can a therapist really help?

I've been feeling depressed and lost lately. I think I've been putting a lot of hope into the idea that once I go back to college in the fall you can go to a therapist/counselor for free. I live in Pa and let my elderly father move back into my home because his sister no longer wanted to deal with him. Here's my problem, my father is runing my family. He causes nothing but problems and is causing a strain on everyone invloved. My wife has high blood pressure and was recently on the verge of a stroke and had to be hospitalized. My father is most of the cause of her stress because of all the problems he causes within our household. He won't do anything I ask him to do, which isn't much. I don't ask him to get a job or to even clean the house. He is just very spiteful and does all he can to cause problems. So I was wondering if I had any legal rights abiding me to him, there is nothing wrong with him, he has to health issues, no serious medical condinitions, in fact he is in well health.. but I can no longer deal with the problems he's causing in my home and was wondering how to get him out of my house once and for all.. I would say before I had exposure to feminism, if I heard a woman complaining about gender discrimination I would be sympathetic and more likely to believe her. I am tossing up whether to go to FSU Panama CIty campus or the University of West Florida. I want to major in Social Work and I have been accepted to the program at UWF. An old friend of mine who was going to UF transferred to UWF because of it's proximity to the gulf beaches and because of it's private school-like educational experience. i personally don't believe in abortion. But that's my opinion. there are lots of people out there that wish they could have children. And then there are people out there that have had 5 or more abortions. i don't judge people for having abortions but i do judge people for abusing it and having several. Help with SAT critical reading?

I took the SAT in October and I got a 640 in critical reading, which was my lowest score in any of the sections. I had the most trouble with page-based questions and vocabulary. Why does my 1992 ranger get poor gas mileage?

I have a 1992 ford ranger custom, automatic , 2wd, 4.0l v6, and no cruise control. I replaced the plugs and wires, installed an electric fan and had a k&n filter. Even w/ the k&n panel filter my average was about 17.86 mpg( the k&n only improved the avg by 1mpg so I got my $50 back), and I only romp on it only when I need to p other than that Im light on the gas. I seafoamed it and put " engine restore 6cyl in the oil" . It dosnt have a rough idle. It has 165K miles. Im gonna be honest w/ you whenever I add those octane boosters it actually runs rough.

In our case, for the people we know that don't have a steady significant other, we invited solo. I cannot tell you how many of these people have either replied "and date" or have called me or my fiance personally to ask why they can't bring a date. It's gotten to the point where I just wish we would have allowed the guest to save the grief. Catholic thinking of leaving the church for Four Square...?

I've been Catholic for the past 10 years but after visiting a local protestant church I've felt welcomed and the presence of God. I love the church but have only one problem, communion. I miss taking the eucharist every Sunday and feel funny about it. I haven't joined the church yet but the Catholic churches up where I live are cold and unfriendly. I need to feel a part of a church but in the same vein I miss the communion. Has anyone had this experience? What did you do? Is it okay to miss communion? I feel undecided just on that idea. UTorrent+Fried Computer=HELP!!!!!?

Ok so i have uTorrent and i am trying to download a game. I've had uTorrent for like 2 years now but recently uTorrent has been acting gay on me... It just, Don't download at all... But when i restart my computer ( which takes like 30 mins for it to start back up cause i frigged up the registry) uTorrent is the first thing to pop up on the screen. And surprisingly, my game downloads at like 170kb/s... but then when everything else starts to load up.. it just goes dead. Sometimes it downloads at 10kb/s and sometimes it downloads at 0... but before it goes all weird, an error comes up on my computer. its something to do with generic host which also has something to do with my svchost.exe file thingy. and when that happens, it terminates the process svchost.exe. and that disables alot of things in the services applications that can be found in control panel. such as the service windows tcp/ip connection thingy. i think i know what the problem is but i was wondering if anybody has a fix for me.. or anybody got a similar problem? if enough people will request, i will post a video on youtube showing my problem.

I just purchased an Inflatable baby pool for my daughter and placed in on our 1month old freshly mowed sod. So it's been 2 days now since the spawning begun and I'm worried about all the eggs that are in my 55gal tank. I've checked the water and my ammonia level is at 8.0(or even worse), pH is at 7.6, Nitrite is at 5.0(maybe more). I've also did a 25-30% water change. I've wondered this ever since I started liking exotic cars. I've seen so many articles and other places on the internet where people talk about Lamborghini like it's the poor man's vehicle. I have a beautiful 2yr old black and white male cat who has always faithfully used the litter box. 6 months ago we got a second kitten and while he loves playing with her, he now refuses to go in any box she's been in. My father has ruined my faith in humanity. What am I supposed to tell my children?

I'm having a really difficult time coping with life. I'm 24 and I was raised by the man I thought was my father my whole life. I loved (still love) him very much. He was a great dad and my best friend. He had always told me my mother died in childbirth and I believed him. He was arrested for child molestation and several counts of 2 years ago. I was so confused. My father had never ever hurt me so I didn't understand how that could of happen. I didn't want to believe it but the evidence against him was over whelming and he later confessed. He was a principle of one the schools in the city and over a period of about 15 years he violently abused a countless number of children. I felt disgusted and angry. I mean, he was there when my daughter was born and had babysat her countless times. All I could think about was what he could have done to her (she's 3). I was enraged with him and destroyed every picture of him and everything he had ever given me. I never wanted to see him again. I took my daughter to every doctor I could find to see if he had hurt her and tried to talk to her and ask if he had done something inappropriate to her but thank goodness he hadn't. Before my father went to prison, he confessed that I wasn't his child but he had kidnapped me when I was about 2. I thought I was dreaming and wanted to wake up. Why in the hell would he tell me that? I honestly would have rather died than know that. Since I always thought my mother died in childbirth, I felt in was my fault she was dead and I very much wanted a mother and to find out the only parent I ever known was a monster made me feel all alone. Any decency I thought he had left was gone. I never saw him again and that was a little over a year ago. I had a private investigator look into what he had told me and after some months he found who he believes are my real parents. The story they gave the police matched the one my father told me in every detail. I chose not to contact them. I don't think I'm emotionally ready to let anyone in my life right now. The only person I've told this to is my husband and he's been very supportive. I have a 3 year old and a 2 month old boy. I don't know how I'll ever explain this to them. I feel I was a much better mother before all this and now I feel like I'm failing as a parent. I can't trust anyone anymore and I just hate people now. I started therapy a week ago but will I ever get past all of this drama?

Ok for those who read my first question my bad. I got mixed up. Anyway shifting from 1st gear into 2nd at a lower rpm is going from 1st to 4th. But shifting from 1st into 2nd at a higher rpm is normal. I was told it was a common gripe by other same generation z28 owners. And that all it needed was some "$75 wire harness" to byp that problem. My cat has somthing badly wrong and i need to know what but i cant get in contact with my vet Please Help!!!!?

Our family cat Pookie is about 4 years old and has always been an indoor cat. About 3 weeks ago she went to a normal check up at the vet where she was given her rabies, feline leukemia, and respiratory desease vaccinations that she has always received as shots before, only the vet gave her a needle-free vaccine that she has never had before for one of them(i don't know for sure which one, but i think it may have been the feline leukemia vaccine). She was perfectly fine for about week after the vet trip and the vet said she was in perfect health, but for about the past two weeks now she has been limping on all 4 of her legs, she has not done much but lay on the couch and when she does walk she wont often get far before she lays down. She has been extra sensitive and her skin ripples at even the slightest touch. She meows in pain when we move and was meowing and hissing for awhile when she walked but she has not meowed or hissed while she is walking for a couple days now that we have heard. We move her to her food and water every now and then during the day, because she has not been going to them much that we have seen and she has not had the appetite to eat as much as she usually eats in a day, but she has been drinking a whole lot more water than usual. She used to always get up in high places, but she has not gotten any higher up than the seat of a chair for awhile. I have researched her symptoms online but have yet to find anything that she could have wrong that matches all of her symptoms. I have found disorders and possible injuries that list some of her symptoms, but all of them so far have also listed symptoms that are completely opposite of hers. I have no idea if could she have hurt herself somehow, if its possible that she is having some kind of delayed reaction to the needle-free vaccines, or if something else is wrong with her. She seems to be getting a little better each day and we are taking her to the vet ASAP, but in the mean time if you know anything about what could be wrong with her your input would be highly appreciated.

Ok, the lady that ended up taking the pug here at work already has 6 dogs, and 2 rowdy kids, she was laughing at how her fully grown black lab attacked the pug puppy when they introduced the two, saying the lab always pins the pug down and won't get off him. Also, she said since the pug will not listen to her to go potty outside, she's going to get a choke collar for the dog to pull it outside, also whenever they are at work, he stays outside..and most pugs are inside dogs ...almost started crying when I heard her talk like this. I LOVE my pug and he is so precious to me, and to hear this dog being mistreated (i think so anyway) is so so sad. My parents just bought a new microwave that is the same wattage as the one they are replacing. When they use it (in the same outlet) it trips the circuit breaker. They replaced the socket, no change. im in a similar position i ovulated on the 12th and was getting cramps and back ache after a couple of days even now i am, my period is due tomorrow so praying it doesnt come and i get a positive test. ive been told its a good sign anyway. try and re-test in a few days, you dont always get a positive befre a missed period so keep trying until your period arrives if it does. also it sounds like you have a long luteal phase (time between ovulation and period) they say 12-16 days is normal and yours would be over 18 if you definately ovulated on the 9th which can effect pregnancy. if you didnt use ovulation tests to confirm you ovulated on the 9th then you may not have ovulated until maybe a week later and ts still too early for a positive result. if you arent pregnant and your period doesnt come you should speak to your doctor to make sure you dont have a luteal phase defect. good luck.

Atrial Fib intermittent?

My cardiologist knows I have intermittent A-fib. I can be having a normal day and A-fib will start. Very often I will walk up quarter mile incline to successfully convert it to normal. He has prescribed pharmaceutical grade fish oil. Which, since I have started it. reduces my episodes to once every two months or so. I avoid caffeine which helps. Does anyone know any other "natural" approaches to help reduce the frequency of episodes?

Would it make any difference if I ran higher octane in my Miata?

But my city has nothing but Ethanol mixed in with their gas bringing down my mileage from its original 21 city and 31 highway, down to 19 overall, including highway. I realize this question has been overused and is very cliche at this point in history. Being brought back in through movies, TV show and literature. With umptions of their creations through just their own species in nature, genetic engineering, bite marks carrying a disease, bite marks from a bat. Any given one of these has been proved or disproved a thousand times over and again. I'm almost positive that because of their "persecution" they have stayed out of the lime light or simply because our fellow mellow minded man has created this mess they choose to stay away from us if they do exist. I know that many of today society believes that they are because they enjoy certain things that our entertainment portrays vampires to enjoy. I.E. blood, pain, lack of sunlight and so on. My question is this, all stories and tales originate from an actual event, even some small part such as a single element in a scene or an entire scene itself that we have manipulated to work in our favor as it is told. That being said stories, movies and other wise of vampires have existed through the years and are now coming up again in more fervor than before. Whether they call themselves by the name we give them or by another but certain qualities aligning do they exist today? How did they get as they have, by blood line, genetic alteration, a different creator, by disease? With any of these possibilities can you become one? Where would they be? How difficult is the life they lead? Do they hide in the wilderness? Are they among us? If you haven't been plugged into society or around others what would happen to you if you became one?

I had a panic attack today, first one ever. I saw a commercial where a car was driving, and the world around it was tilting to the left, right, and so forth, and everything was sliding towards the side it was tilting to, people were sliding and water was falling out of pools. ETC. I freaked out and there were other times I freaked out too because of something along the lines of that. Like a surreal image where there was a pool high up in a skyscr and it was on the side of a building. Strangely, I can go upside down and on rides that fling you everywhere and not be phased. I wont get into detail. But I would love to know if this is a phobia or not. Thanks for taking the time to read this~

Can Keflex Treatment make MRSA appear better ??

My pre-teen son has just gotten a "preliminary" culture result of a Staph Infection of his knee but they don't know what kind yet. At the initial time of the culture he was given a prescription of Keflex and Mupirocin ointment. Over the weekend the infection has all but totally cleared up and he has no sensitivity in the area at all anymore and has never felt ill or feverish. I understand MRSA is resistant to Keflex, so is this a good sign that the final culture result should be a Non-MRSA infection because Keflex appears to be working so well ?? We are going nuts waiting 5 days for this culture and just need some encouraging news right now!!

Why does pesto sauce make me sick?

I really enjoy pesto sauce but within 15 minutes of eating I begin to have a serious stomach ache as if I were punched...this goes on for several hours. Then, once my stomach quits hurting I get intestinal cramps that are out of this world. Periodically for the next 6+ hours I confine myself to a bathroom. I have no problems with any pesto ingred. such as cheese, olive oil, and garlic...except sometimes basil. Once in a while cheap spaghetti sauce will get me in a knot. I always thought basil was good for digestion and good for calming ailments. Does anyone have any clues why I would experience such things?

If you are handfeeding them the runt will catch up. If not the runt may die in the nestbox. Do you give the parents dry eggfood mix to eat? I give that to my parent birds when they are feeding babies. I buy CeeCee Dee or Higgins. You can also hard boil an egg and mash it up and give it to the parents to feed the chicks. If you are handfeeding then you don't need to do that. Handfeeding a bird from day one is alot of work. You have to know what you are doing or you will kill them. Plus they need to be fed every hour the first couple of days and then work up to every 4 hours. Using small amounts and if you give them to much you risk stretching out the crop and then they need help by a bra or have to go to the vet. Hope this helps.
