Why you should wear your seat belt, pictures and videos.?

i have a friend who is teaching an explorers cl. he wanted me to find pictures and video of what happens if you do not wear your seatbelt. i am having trouble finding sites where i can save the videos to my computer. i have dvdcopy6 which will let me save some from the internet, but it will not save anything from youtube, msn, aol, or google. if anyone knows of any videos that i can save to my computer, or ways to save them, it would be greatly appreciated. links are great too. thanks in advance.
