Is this medicine ok to give to my nephew?

He is almost four and has cerebal palsy and can't walk or talk much. My sister ran out of his prescription benidrill he weighs 38 lbs and I was wondering if its ok to crush up the pill form and give it to him in a spoon of jelly. She can't refill his prescription till Monday and the poor guy is miserable. We can't get ahold of his doctor so is this ok?
