Does anyone else hate outsourcing?

I mean I don't hate foreigners....that's not my gripe. I hate that we have tons of unemployed people here and we continue to send work to other countries. Companies can make profit without it. I work for a company that does it. I understand the government can't oversee privately owned companies but don't the companies care about all the people who struggle due to greed?
