Is this Palin's "October Surprise"?

The Duck was right (above) She has been found guilty, but the legislature isn't going to do anything about it. Sounds like the people in Alaska need to get busy and start charges against her. They also need to vote out their inbents and replace them with people who believe in the rule of law.
