Mock Sociology Studies?

Has anyone ever heard of a study or a mock study being done on retail workers and suicide/suicidal thought during the Christmas season? This seems morbid, but it has to do with the Christmas music that they have playing. I work at a store that uses Pandora, and it will play the same songs over and over in an hour. I have, on one occasion, heard Santa Baby 3 times in 20 minutes. It really drives me crazy and I know that I do have fleeting (though irritation-fueled) suicidal thoughts. I was wondering if a mock study had been done to this effect. It doesn't have to be an honest survey, just something Daily Show-esque that you've seen or heard. My choir teacher wondered this today and I hadn't ever heard of it being done (He's a fan of The Daily Show and Colbert, as well, so this is propelled by that type of humour).
