Koi spawning; Transfer of eggs possible to a clean tank?

So it's been 2 days now since the spawning begun and I'm worried about all the eggs that are in my 55gal tank. I've checked the water and my ammonia level is at 8.0(or even worse), pH is at 7.6, Nitrite is at 5.0(maybe more). I've also did a 25-30% water change. I'm scared that all the eggs might not make it do to the bad water. I'm wondering if I can move all the eggs to a oxygenated water with 0 ammonia and 0 nitrite? Or should I just leave it in the spawning tank until hatch and move it to a clean tank after? needs help ASAP!!!
