White creamy cm... pregnancy??

my husband and i are ttc. In the last week or two: i have been tired, my drive has changed, i get a little queasy, moody, and my has been so sore. Also, in the last couple of days, i been getting getting white, creamy discharge which i never get after post ovulation. Could this be some sign of pregnancy? I just don't want to get my hopes and i am also waiting on AF arrive any day now..... I am going to the doctor on the 25th for a yearly checkup so i am going to wait then to take a preg. test if i dont start my AF.....
