Really cant remember the name of this film?

if you can tell me the name of this film i will be so gratefull and relieved it starts with a man killing another this man has amnesia and tatoos clues of who he is over his body and there numbered he then meets a woman who plays on his amnesia the film ends the way it started it really bugs me i saw it years ago and want to see it again please help!!
