Abbey: Reclaiming overdrawn charges?

Actually, I know that the Brits have different rules for overdrafting. The best thing to do is write down all of your purchases so that you always know exactly what you have in your account so you don't have this problem. I know for me, if I pay online or use my debit card at a gas station it may take a few days to post so if I didn't have the amount wrote down somewhere I would think that I had more money to spend then I actually do.
